Non-refundable Beef Share Deposit Policy
Thank you for your interest in Big Dog’s Beef Share Program! To secure your share and ensure a steady supply of our premium beef, we require a non-refundable deposit upon reservation. Please read the following policy agreement carefully:
- Deposit Amount: The deposit amount for a beef share is 50% of the Beef Share purchase price. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your beef share.
- Non-Refundable Nature: The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure commitment and fairness to all participants in the program.
- Reservation Validity: Your beef share reservation is considered valid only upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance for your beef share will be due 24 hours PRIOR to delivery/pick-up. Once paid in full, arrangements for beef pickup or delivery will be scheduled.
- Adherence to Pickup/Delivery Guidelines: The Buyer agrees to adhere strictly to the agreed-upon pickup date and location agreed upon during final payment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Buyer's share.
- Forfeiture of Share: In the event that the Buyer fails to adhere to the pickup/delivery and/or payment guidelines, the Buyer's non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and the Seller shall have the right to sell the beef share to another party.
- Transferability: If you are unable to proceed with your beef share, you may transfer your reservation to another individual. Please notify us in writing of any changes to the designated recipient.
- Cancellations by the Customer: If you choose to cancel your beef share after the deposit has been received, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
- Supplier Responsibility: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your beef share due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your deposit in full.
